On the floor
Precision you can watch
Real footage from our production floor, not a showreel. A servo‑controlled line draws printed film off the roll, cuts every piece to a set length and delivers it stacked and counted. It is one of the lines behind the packaging we supply across India — and you are welcome to visit and see the rest before you place an order.
Label cutting machine
Clear film comes off the roll, is cut into individual labels and carried out on the conveyor, then banded into bundles for packing.
Shrink Pouch machine
Shrink film is sealed and cut into clear pouches, which stack at the end of the line, ready for packing.
Slitting machine
Film is slit to width and rewound into rolls, while the trimmed edges come away as thin strips at the side of the machine.
PVC Shrink Plant
PVC shrink film runs down from the top of the line, over a series of rollers, and is wound onto rolls at the base.

MOQ depends on the line — caps and wads run to a piece count, shrink film and tape to a weight or roll count. Tell us the product and your approximate monthly volume and we'll confirm the MOQ that applies. [Add your typical MOQ per line before launch.]
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. We send a physical sample so you can check the fit against your container, and for printed items we share a proof for sign-off before the batch runs.
Which neck sizes and diameters do you stock?
We cover the common closure and jar sizes and cut liners to your container. [List the neck sizes / diameters you keep in stock.] If you're unsure, send us a sample cap and we'll match it.
What is the lead time?
